| Modification of Reverse Transfection Protocol: 1. Spotting of siRNA in 15 µl (medium without serum), 2. Addition of HiPerFect-dilution (15 µl per well; medium without serum), 3. incubation for 10 minutes at RT, 4. Addition of 30 µl cell suspension in medium + serum, 5. After 6 hours addition of 140 µl medium + serum. |
