How long does it take to receive my e-mail order confirmation?

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation from our Customer Care department via email, including promotional or discounted prices where applicable. Normally, you will receive your confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, but this could take up to one business day, especially when placing your first order. The confirmation is not the invoice. Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to confirm.
